Zip files are just a way to compress multiple files into one single folder file making it possible to send, receive and download a single file rather than multiple files. When unzipped the zip folder typically contains multiple files and/or folders of files.
To unzip a Zip folder:
On a MAC
After a zip file has been downloaded on your computer, find where the zip file was saved.

Double click the zip file to unzip it OR right click the zip file and select “Open with > Archive Utility”. Once the zip file is unzipped you’ll get a similarly named folder.

Inside the folder will be multiple files.
On a PC:
Find the zip file on your computer.
Double click the zipped folder to unzip it.
Select the files you want to access from within.
